Strategy Implementation
In order to carry out the strategy, it must be translated in to programs and actions.  The resources of the company must be mobilized to carry out the strategy.  The strategy is the framework which is fleshed out with the detail of the implementation.

Measurement & Control
How will you know that your strategy is successful?  The only way, is to establish criterion against which you measure the company’s progress.  Measurement should be made regularly, and actions adjusted as necessary.
