RedHorse CRM for Finance Managers

Works with 2003-current version of QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Enterprise.

RedHorse CRM maintains a shadow SQL database of QuickBooks info and automatically refreshes the data when exporting new data to QuickBooks. This allows for easy reporting between QuickBooks data and RedHorse CRM data from within, via secure reporting. 

Viewer: Displays

• Sales Orders (Sales Orders are only supported in Premier and Enterprise versions)
• Invoices (by line item or header with drill down to the actual sales order/invoice)
• Customer Account Information (Current, 30,60,90, Over 90, Terms, Type, Sales YTD)
• Inventory Overall levels.  

Export to QuickBooks:

New Customers are exported to QuickBooks using an automatic Customer Number generation building a two-way link between records in either system. RedHorse CRM "Sold" Quotes are exported to QuickBooks as Estimates, Sales Orders or Invoices depending upon configuration. New Vendors Expense Reports goes to QuickBooks as "Bills" for either vendor or employee.  RedHorse CRM also supports integrated project management job-costing, and the information is shared with QuickBooks. 

Integration with Quoting

Quoting uses QuickBooks Terms and ShipVia information within the Quote.  It verifies the existence of each part on a quote when Sold and, if configured, will automatically create a non-inventory item for those not currently in QuickBooks.  

Credit Card Processing

Allows for manual processing of credit cards by storing credit card information securely within Quoting, and makes it available to Accounting through the user interface. Can be integrated to other processors as needed (Custom configuration).
